Echo Properties

Intro

Echo Properties is a Western Canadian real estate company headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, with over 20 years of experience in real estate investments, operations, and development. They create spaces that serve communities for the long-term and strive to grow with sustainability at their core, creating long-lasting value for users, communities, and partners. We were engaged to build Echo Properties a fully customized website and design their marketing materials.

Services

In April 2022, we were retained to create a new website for Echo Properties that would replace their old site, which consisted of a simple landing page. We worked off an existing style guide that included logos and color palettes, and kept most of the brand consistent. The client had a specific request to explore new combinations for typography, so we came up with 3 new fonts that better served their needs. After solidifying additional details of the brand (like their illustration style, design elements and patterns), we built a custom website through Webflow, with 4 main pages and full-page build outs for each individual project. Upon completing the website, the client engaged us to develop marketing materials as well, including investor decks, presentation materials and brochures.
