Willing to Hunt

Intro

Willing to Hunt is a boutique executive search firm providing retained and contingent search for companies primarily in the financial services industry. Since their inception in 2001, Willing to Hunt has consistently exceeded clients’ expectations in assisting them with identifying and recruiting experienced professionals. They have evolved and perfected their practice to yield successful and fulfilling career placements in the financial services sector, with an impressive 85%+ client retention rate.

We were engaged in April 2021 to build Willing to Hunt a custom website through Webflow. They already had a logo in place, so we just made minor modifications to it (cleaning up the alignment and turning it into a vector). We utilized the colors from the existing logo to develop a more expansive color palette and also helped them with typography and imagery for the site. Once the website launched in September 2021, we began working for Willing to Hunt on other marketing endeavors (eg. brochures, white papers, etc.), and beginning January 2022, signed a retainer agreement to serve as their single source for all marketing needs.

As of January 2023, our client has reported having double-digit revenue in 2022 compared to 2021 and that our efforts have "elevated their visibility and credibility in Chicago’s very competitive bank recruiting landscape."

Services

In 2021, Willing to Hunt decided they wanted to expand their business by building a more robust digital presence. They had previously done everything by pen and paper, so we were retained to create a customized website that included ecommerce components (to purchase coaching and resume writing services), job board, blog, assessment forms, event registration capabilities, among many others. The website project took 5 months in total, 2 for copywriting and 3 for design.

Since then, Willing to Hunt has become one of our retainer clients, so we provide all the marketing needed, whether that be designing brochures/reports, making edits to the website, tracking and analytics, social media assistance, event marketing and fundraising, podcast creation, and more.
